Found a tenant for a home.

As soon as we decided to work with Bahar on renting our house she started marketing it very efficiently. She brought in a professional photographer who took fantastic photos of the house which she used to attract potential tenants. It worked wonderfully as we had around 15 viewings in a matter of 2 weeks. From the applicants she veted the best family by reviewing their past history including credit report, income etc. The rental contract was done seamlessly and we immediately got our security deposit and will collect rent after move in. All and all I give Bahar 100 over 100, excellent job for us.

Bahar was wonderful from the beginning of the process all the way through closing and beyond. She was incredibly responsive (answering any question, and addressing any request, incredibly quickly). Emails I sent at night thinking they would be addressed in the morning were addressed the same night. She was dedicated and fully committed, even having a conference call with me late one Saturday evening when negotiations were getting close to being finished. Bahar’s knowledge of the market, her dedication and her honesty won my trust, to the point that relying on the remote showing she did for me (essentially Bahar walking through a house and yard with her phone on video, describing what we were looking at and answering my questions), I bought a $1,170,000 home in Northern Virginia while I remained at home in Florida. That is the kind of trust and confidence Bahar inspires! She also treats you as a friend as much as a client. She was truly excited as my wife and I grew more excited about a house. She was genuinely happy for us (almost as happy as we were). She also had a very good bottle of champagne waiting for us after the closing and then we had a celebratory lunch with Bahar that was excellent. I really can not recommend Bahar enough. After more than 2 years of searching for a property and a few failed attempts, we were fortunate enough to utilize Bahar's expertise in our last round of house hunting.
